Nancy Chubb Nancy Chubb has a Ph.D. in counseling psychology, an MBA in finance, and a black belt in karate. Through the years, Nancy's primary interest has been human dynamics. She is an expert in applying positive psychology theory and techniques in helping individuals successfully cope with difficult work situations. In pursuit of her interests, Nancy currently holds the position of treasurer for the Pennsylvania Psychological Association and has been elected as president for the 2008-2009 term. In addition, she is certified as a Red Cross disaster services mental health technician.
