Lee Fogarty, Ph.D.,
estimates that, as an executive coach, consultant and therapist,
she has provided coaching on business-related issues to more than
3,000 individuals over the last twenty-five years. Lee has worked
with corporate clients including Cigna, AT&T, Carnegie Library,
Reed Smith and Duquesne Light Company on issues ranging from personality
factors and conflict resolution to managerial skills and employee
assistance programs. After 9/11, with Nancy Chubb, her Fourth River
Associates partner, Lee provided mental health counseling to rescue
workers at Ground Zero in New York City through the American Red
Cross. Lee's focus on peak performance training, as well as her
success as a coach, is a result of her extensive experience in and
knowledge of human behavior, and her warm personal style. Her lifelong
commitment to advancing the status of women has a global scope -
Lee participated in the International Women's Conference in China
entitled "Women Hold Up Half of the Sky." Her position
as first vice commodore of the Sylvan Canoe Club helps, too.
